The 9:00a contemporary service consists of our praise team - which includes both singers and instrumentalists. While the music is not read from hymnals, it is taken from modern Christian musicians. This service takes place in the Wesley Centre and tends to be a bit more "casual" than the traditional service - though there are no rules about fashion or demeanor in either service!
The 11:00a traditional service utilizes several United Methodist traditions like a choir, song from the Hymnal, and reciting the Doxology. And though this service is held in the Sanctuary, like the contemporary service, there are no prerequisites to attend!
